Shipping Information

We take great care when packing every order to ensure your fudge arrives safely and in the best possible condition.

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery timeframes rests with the shipping provider. While we will always do our best to assist, delays caused by third-party carriers are outside of our control. Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and packed by hand.

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch.

Express Shipping

Budgie Bakes currently ships to addresses within Australia only.

To help ensure your fudge arrives as fresh as possible, all orders are sent via Express Shipping at a flat rate of $15.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days from dispatch, although many arrive sooner.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Returns & Product Concerns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, Budgie Bakes is unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs where possible.
